Project Overview
Located in Lørenskog, Norway, Triaden Klatresenter is a climbing facility developed for Moments Climbing within a newly built commercial building. The gym combines bouldering, rope climbing and dedicated training spaces in a bright environment with generous natural light and views to the outside, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere for climbers of all levels.
Altline Studio developed both the space planning and detailed climbing wall design for the project. Through multiple layout studies and close coordination with the building project managers and consultants, the final arrangement carefully balances climbing, circulation, training and social spaces within the constraints of the new building. The facility includes approximately 630 sq. m of bouldering terrain, a dedicated training zone with Kilter, Moon and spray walls alongside fitness equipment, and a compact autobelay area with approximately 150 sq. m of climbing surface and 10 climbing lines.
The design follows the clean Scandinavian identity typical of Moments climbing gyms, combining white and light grey climbing walls with timber seating and a calm, minimal material palette. The wall geometry was developed to support diverse climbing styles and route setting while creating a bright, highly functional and visually clean environment.
